- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Phone staff are made to turn you away and diagnose you over the phone so the doctors don't have to. The doctors don't believe you're I'll. Doctors haven't got a clue, they would rather turn you away and get to the next patient than spend time with you. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appalling i can never get an appointment reception staff are rude my 9 week old baby had a chest infection told to go to gp unit as gp couldn't be bothered to get me in 9 hours later . Also I was shouted at by Jo the deputy of the surgery for voicing her opinion on my childs vaccinations along with been patronised about my childs illness rude I have been with this practice 27 years me and my family are moving such a shame this used to be one of the best when in Albert Roadby danielleApril 01, 2017
